Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc. Clean and disinfect sinks, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc in restrooms, break rooms, and/or kitchenettes. Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners. Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas. Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, etc.

Hours: Part Time – 24 Hours Per Week – Over three days: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
Rate of Pay: £9.50 Per Hour

Work involves both written and oral communication, word processing, and typing, and requires relevant skills such as IT, organizational, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
· Use of a variety of software packages (including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to manage data and produce documents and presentations
· Deal with post and emails
· Make sure that there is enough stationery
· Answer the telephone and pass on calls and messages
· Do reception duties such as greeting and looking after visitors
· Type and set up documents such as letters and reports
· Keep computer records up to date
· Organise records and files
· Use office equipment such as printers and photocopiers
· Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas, and take minutes
· Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
· Good skills in typing, spelling and grammar are essential
